The registration fee includes:

• Admission to the Program Sessions
• Certificate of attendance (sent via e-mail)

Registration fees are VAT included. 

VAT exemption: only some Italian Public organizations, according to Italian Law, can apply for a VAT-free registration. In case you are an employee of an Italian Public Organization, you must send your request to logistics-ecostp2021@promoest.com at the time of registration.

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised higher education institution or a holder of an international student card. Proof of student status is required and should to be sent to logistics-ecostp2021@promoest.com at the time of registration, as well Young Water Professionals must send a scanned copy of their identity card to prove their age.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please notify any possible changes to the registration and/or cancellation by sending an email at logistics-ecostp2021@promoest.com. All changes will be confirmed by email. If a cancellation is received by 21 May 2021 the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of €50. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 21 May 2021 or in the event of non participation. However, please note that there is no extra fees if a delegate’s registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization. The registration transfer has anyway to be promptly communicated to logistics-ecostp2021@promoest.com.
